Key Responsibilities Conduct impactful therapy sessions remotely, utilizing our advanced technology platforms effectively to engage clients. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of therapy delivery. Stay abreast of advancements in teletherapy practices and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices within our organization. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds facing diverse mental health challenges, ranging from mild to severe conditions. You will work with adults seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. Active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Demonstrated ability to provide individual therapy to clients effectively. Strong technological proficiency, particularly in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapeutic interventions. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong oral and written communication abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on continuous improvement. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
