As we expend, we are seeking an Office Administrator to support operations. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth administrative processes across the company, with a strong emphasis on financial coordination and experience using QuickBooks. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-person support at our North New Jersey office will be required on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative operations in a remote environment Processing accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Coordinate with internal teams on invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting Organize company documentation, contracts, and compliance records Assist with onboarding logistics and employee administrative support Provide in-office administrative support at the North New Jersey location as needed Serve as a point of contact for general operational inquiries Help improve and implement administrative processes and systems Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role Proven experience using QuickBooks (required) Understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness and ability to travel to the North New Jersey office on an as-needed basis Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting finance, HR, or operations teams What We Offer Flexible, primarily remote work environment Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 Benefits package Opportunity to grow with a scaling startup Collaborative and supportive team culture RPM Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
