Executive Assistant & UK TikTok Coordinator

Job Title

We are looking for a highly organized, "Type A" individual to fill a unique, dual-focused role. Half of your day will be spent serving as a trusted partner to our Founder, managing her calendar, travel, administrative needs, and occasionally overseeing her personal social media presence. The other half of your day will be dedicated to managing and growing our UK TikTok page.

The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of executive-level discretion and deep social media literacy. You are someone who can confidently manage a Founder's fast-paced schedule (and be firm when needed), while simultaneously obsessing over TikTok trends, data analytics, and UK culture.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Executive Support & Founder Management (Approx. 50%)

• Calendar & Admin Management: Own the Founder's daily schedule, managing all calendar bookings, administrative tasks, and writing comprehensive briefs for upcoming commitments.
• Daily Touchbases: Conduct daily and/or weekly alignment meetings with the Founder to review the schedule, prioritize tasks, and keep her fully updated on all aspects of the business.
• Logistics & Prep: Organize end-to-end travel and logistics for major events, photoshoots, and appearances. Thoroughly prep the Founder with necessary materials prior to all meetings and events.
• Executive Brand Presence: From time to time, manage and oversee the Founder's personal social media presence, ensuring her authentic voice is maintained.

UK TikTok Management & Social Growth (Approx. 50%)

• Page Ownership: Build, manage, and scale our dedicated UK TikTok page, tailoring content specifically to resonate with UK audiences and local cultural nuances.
• Strategy & Content Planning: Build out TikTok-first content calendars, lean into real-time platform trends, and brief original content ideas to our dedicated Content Creator.
• Reporting & Analytics: Conduct regular account audits, synthesize performance data, and deliver actionable insights and reports to leadership to drive the account forward.
• Community Engagement: Execute light community management duties on the UK page, fostering organic engagement and interacting with the community in the brand voice.

Essential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

• Social & Agency Support: Support the Social Media Director in managing external agencies and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Influencer and Sales teams to align UK social initiatives with overarching commercial and partnership goals.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Proven ability to manage a Founder's boundaries and schedule firmly yet professionally.
• Deeply embedded in social media culture with an authentic love for TikTok, an eye for emerging trends, and a passion for UK culture.
• Ability to pivot seamlessly between high-level executive admin tasks and creative, fast-paced social media production.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and write concise, structured briefs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, Canva and all major social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Education/Experience Requirements

• 13 years of related experience in an Executive Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or hybrid role.
• Proven experience creating content calendars, utilizing social media analytics tools, and executing community management.
• Experience working closely with founders, executives, or public figures is highly preferred.
• This role is NYC-based with a hybrid schedule of both in-office and remote workdays
• In-office: Mondays Thursdays
• Remote: Friday
• This role may require light travel
