Bookkeeper

United Pharmacy Network is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements across multiple companies. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Ideal Candidate Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks Accounting a plus Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principle Experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports Experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. Reconcile monthly bank statements. Prepare monthly financial reports for management review. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system. Ensure accuracy of financial documents Other duties as assigned.
