Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to diagnose patient conditions accurately and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to each client's unique needs and personal circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance patient care quality and outcomes.

• Act as a resource for patients and their families by educating them about mental health topics, necessary treatment options, and connecting them with community resources.

In this role, you will primarily support patients dealing with critical illness and end-of-life transitions within a hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing clinical social work services post-licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
