Key Responsibilities\n

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to appropriate community resources, social services, and support systems that enhance their emotional and overall well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on students within the school setting, addressing a spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and social challenges. By understanding the unique dynamics of a school environment, you will help students navigate their challenges and achieve successful outcomes academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

• Proven expertise in working with adolescents or within school systems is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
