Required Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Social Worker
• Valid school social worker certification
• Experience supporting elementary-age children in educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Familiarity with IEP and 504 plan processes preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct support to students facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Serve as a resource for school staff by offering strategies for classroom management, crisis intervention, and coping skills
• Maintain compliance with all state and district guidelines, documentation, and reporting requirements

• Connect families to community resources and assist them in navigating available services
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights to promote student wellness
