You’ll act as the 504 Plan Coordinator while working alongside dedicated educators, administrators, and families to ensure each student’s unique needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Prior experience collaborating with K-12 students in schools
• Proficient in clinical assessment and implementing effective interventions
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated success working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and social work services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Coordinate and manage 504 Plans, ensuring compliance and individualized student support
• Deliver targeted social-emotional learning and behavior intervention programs
• Build strong connections with students, staff, and families to foster a positive school climate
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to develop and implement student support strategies
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards
