Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current Michigan licensure as a Social Worker
• Experience working in K–12 school settings
• Strong foundation in clinical assessment and behavioral intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional support to students across general and special education
• Serve as the 504 Plan Coordinator, leading the planning and monitoring process for students with accommodations
• Deliver targeted behavioral interventions and crisis support when needed
• Partner with educators, administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP and student support meetings
