Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to clients with various needs.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively to document client progress, treatment plans, and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency policies and protocols.

• Engage with clients and their families to provide information effectively and assist in addressing financial or social needs that may impact their treatment.

• Attend and engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management and treatment strategies collaboratively.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage high caseload volumes, prioritizing tasks effectively while ensuring quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social adjustment difficulties. Your expertise will allow you to tailor therapeutic techniques to suit the unique emotional and psychological needs of this demographic, utilizing approaches founded in empathy and evidence-based practices aimed at fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
