Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality following comprehensive assessments.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to alleviate pain and promote physical well-being, ensuring techniques are understood and safely executed.
• Provide education on body mechanics and exercise techniques, preparing home exercise programs that empower patients to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Utilize various modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment processes.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, tracking metrics such as range of motion and strength improvements, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Set up and maintain treatment areas while ensuring that all therapy equipment and supplies are organized and in optimal condition for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which may include Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Provide emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment that inspires motivation and encourages progress in their rehabilitation journey.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting their rights throughout your practice.

Qualifications
