Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical therapy needs in an outpatient setting.
• Establish customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Monitor and document patient progress systematically, ensuring that adjustments to treatment plans are made based on their responses and goals.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises, techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Conduct regular reassessments to track rehabilitation progress and adapt treatment goals as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and exchange insights on patient management.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy best practices through ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and collaborating with peers.
