Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and preferences.

• Provide one-on-one therapy and counseling sessions for patients with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and grief, using best practices in evidence-based therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with patients in the hospice setting, offering support for those dealing with terminal illnesses and their families. A key focus will be helping patients and their loved ones confront grief, anxiety, and complex emotional challenges inherent in end-of-life care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LCSW license and a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within hospice or palliative care environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
