Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in remote collaborations with fellow healthcare professionals within our Group Practice to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client treatment. This includes scheduling regular team meetings and participating in case reviews.

• Provide timely virtual support to families dealing with acute crises, using online platforms to stabilize scenarios, resolve conflicts, and offer emotional support as needed.

• Assess client needs via virtual consultations, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address each individual's unique circumstances. You will track progress, modify plans as necessary, and maintain meticulous client records to monitor therapeutic effectiveness.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy. The flexibility of telehealth allows you to creatively engage clients in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals and families facing various behavioral health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. Many clients come from diverse backgrounds and may experience significant barriers to accessing in-person care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California .

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
