Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate techniques tailored to the client's needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that inform the development of personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to identify goals and measurable outcomes.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and intervention strategies promptly and accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed on current research and best practices within mental health counseling to enhance treatment services and maintain a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
