Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to identify their individual needs, strengths, and support networks, followed by the formulation of targeted treatment plans.

• Advocate for clients by researching and referring them to community resources such as financial aid, childcare programs, and health services to enhance their quality of life.

• Address and manage crisis situations, intervening in emergent issues including but not limited to child welfare cases and broader mental health crises.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress and well-being, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a broader intentional team, participating in case consultations and contributing to inter-professional meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your interventions will focus on empowering clients through their life transitions, enhancing coping strategies, and improving overall mental well-being, particularly for those in crisis situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California.
