Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional impairments, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address individual patients' goals and conditions, which may include conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and gait deficits.
• Utilize a variety of modalities, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced technologies, to aid in pain relief, enhance mobility, and facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and effective self-management techniques.
• Track and assess patient progress, adapting treatment plans as required to ensure maximum effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for your patients.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to support quality improvement initiatives and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
