Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized therapy sessions that address the unique objectives and physical challenges of each patient.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations to assess patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Effectively utilize electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate documentation of each patient's treatment history and progress.
• Create fitness and wellness programs designed to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to promote adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, coordinating appointments and follow-up treatments.
• Educate patients on preventive care strategies and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our clinic, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population requires a therapist with the ability to adapt techniques to meet various needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exemplary proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective patient-provider relationships and maintain communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred to streamline documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, especially in sports rehabilitation, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, continuing education allowances, and opportunities for professional development.
