Queen Tower Recovery Center is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis in Los Angeles, California. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5000 square feet and is designed to support a wide range of athletic and rehabilitation needs. Our team comprises two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), working collaboratively to deliver high-quality services tailored to the individual needs of our primarily privately insured patients.

Work Environment

Working onsite in our bustling outpatient office, you will engage directly with patients within a modern, supportive, and stimulating environment. Our team dynamics foster collaboration, where your insights and expertise will be valued in crafting effective treatment plans. Operating primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, we prioritize a balanced work schedule to enhance productivity while maintaining excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and establish actionable, goal-oriented care plans.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing individualized attention to one patient per hour, ensuring thorough treatment and follow-up.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Conduct physical evaluations, utilizing tools and methods that include range of motion testing, strength assessments, and functional movement analysis.
• Design and implement innovative exercise and wellness programs tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Ensure open lines of communication with patients, motivating them to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle through education on strength training, flexibility, balance, and coordination activities.
• Document progress meticulously using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring thorough and accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize integrated patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary to meet patient progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Queen Tower Recovery Center, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Clean record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatment methods.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored for diverse patient needs.
• Ability to navigate and utilize EMR platforms effectively, specifically WebPT or similar software.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient practice environment is preferred.
• Certifications in specialty areas such as sports physical therapy or dry needling.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented setting, fostering collaboration and collective success.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
