What You'll Do

• Provide specialized critical care for patients with conditions such as DKA, respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs, and ventilator dependence
• Manage complex cardiovascular cases, including intra-aortic balloon pumps and Impellas
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Address psychosocial needs of patients and families with professionalism
• Uphold safety standards and compliance with hospital protocols

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)
• At least 1 year of ICU or critical care experience
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts

• Experience with post-op cardiovascular surgeries, CRRT
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
