Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapy techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health challenges and goals.

• Guide clients in exploring insights about their emotions, interpersonal relationships, and coping strategies.

• Keep accurate records of sessions, including client interactions and treatment adjustments, while keeping paperwork to a minimum.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client base will consist of stable, low-acuity adults presenting with various mental health needs. By focusing on this demographic, you will work with individuals who are motivated to develop skills for lasting improvement in their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses, enabling independent practice: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Applicants must not possess a limited or provisional license and must have no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a dedication to client care.

• Strong technical proficiency to navigate digital platforms for counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of client scenarios and therapeutic modalities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
