Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, during individual, couples, and group sessions.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, attending regular meetings to discuss client progress and refine approaches as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest practices and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population at NorthEast Alliance encompasses a broad spectrum of age groups, socioeconomic backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Counselors will work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics issues, substance misuse, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
