Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans for each client.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops, to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the different challenges they face. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is essential.

• The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
