Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients.

• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors, healthcare staff, and the clients' families about progress and treatment plans.

• Developing and scheduling individual therapy sessions, home visits, and observations.
\n
• Implementing and monitoring treatment plans while ensuring compliance with organizational and ethical standards.

• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and collaborating to enhance patient care.

• Documenting client progress through detailed monthly and quarterly reports.
\n
• Providing training sessions focused on program implementation and documentation standards for staff and team members.
\n
• Following up with patients through interviews and home visits to assess their ongoing needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate client records that facilitate easy access to information for stakeholders.

• Serving as a liaison within the mental health community, promoting outreach and educational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will span diverse demographics, including both youth and adult populations. The focus of your clinical work will be on addressing a range of mental health conditions—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders—within an inclusive and supportive framework. You will be empowered to deliver personalized care strategies that resonate with each individual’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical context.

• A solid grasp of legal and ethical guidelines in the field of mental health.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• An ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
