Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to gather a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities that are responsive to the clients' specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through both teletherapy and in-person approaches, providing flexibility for clients who face accessibility issues.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and outline actionable steps, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, including treatment notes and progress reports.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

The ideal candidate will be equipped to serve a diverse client population, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, critical for effective counseling.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload management and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
