Creative Strategist + Account Manager

Overview Compensation: $70,000/year salary + $5,000-$20,000 in potential bonus incentives (DOE) Clear Sky Creations is a fast-growing creative and content agency helping brands grow through strategic content, social media, branding, and production to both small and large businesses. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist + Account Manager who is ready to become a pivotal piece at a company. A person who thrives in an environment that is always adapting and improving. Responsibilities Manage client communication and support a strong overall client experience Oversee onboarding, timelines, deliverables, and weekly updates Review creative work and provide clear, actionable feedback Help guide content strategy and campaign execution Monitor project health, identify bottlenecks, and solve issues proactively Support internal team accountability and deadline management Attend client meetings and shoots as needed Digest social media performance data and clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations to clients Qualifications Strong communication and client management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to execute quickly and accurately Creative thinker with strategic instincts Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Able to hold deadlines and keep others accountable Experience in social media, content strategy, marketing, or creative project management strongly recommended What Success Looks Like Clients feel informed, supported, and confident Deliverables are completed on time Creative feedback improves output and performance Campaigns stay organized, efficient, and on track MUST BE BASED IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA.
