ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2025, and we're excited to be building something special with a small but growing team. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a firsthand look at how rewarding it can be to help customers protect what matters most. Before insurance, I worked in massage therapy and muscle activation therapy, so serving others has always been at the heart of what I do.

I'm originally from the Dallas area, attended Parker University, and am happily married. One of the things I enjoy most about agency ownership is creating an environment where people can grow, succeed, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We like to call our culture "Hot Dang Insurance!" because we bring energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to what we do every day. We're a close-knit team that supports each other, celebrates wins together, and works hard to take great care of our customers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, and comes to work with a positive attitude. Insurance experience isn't required—we can teach that. What we're really looking for is someone who is coachable, hardworking, personable, and excited about growing both personally and professionally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Thomas Olesen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
