Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, as guided by the clinical team, to identify behavioral health concerns effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain quality standards within the organization.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating resource availability and client access to care.

• Develop strategic relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to foster new partnerships and secure funding opportunities for program expansion.

Qualifications\n
