Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our bustling rehabilitation center in Burlingame, where our team works collaboratively to deliver evidence-based therapies. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients to identify their specific rehabilitation needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities and interventions based on each patient's condition and goals.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, typically seeing 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring quality attention and thorough care.
• Document patient progress in the WebPT system, maintaining accurate and detailed records to facilitate communication with colleagues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care and promote each patient's rehabilitation journey from initial evaluation to discharge.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain one.

• Ability to demonstrate a patient-first attitude, approaching therapy with energy, empathy, and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a demonstrated history of effective patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar documentation software to manage patient records efficiently.
• Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
