Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions, employing varying therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation as mandated by legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client interactions and progress are recorded accurately.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses the various aspects of client well-being.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain updated on current research, best practices, and innovative techniques in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably gained in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Our benefits package includes:
