Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Caring Mind Psychiatry Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address client needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic standards, to support quality care and compliance.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate optimal patient care.

• Engaging in regular team meetings and case consultations aimed at elevating the quality of therapeutic interventions.

• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment choices, and available community resources.

• Staying current on developments and research within the mental health field and integrating this knowledge into your practice for informed treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
