Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance that aligns with our values. Employees have the option to choose between a 4x10 or 5x8 work schedule, with hours extending between 8 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring a tailored approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather insightful information about clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health circumstances.
\n
• Evaluate and effectively treat various issues within your scope of practice, applying evidence-based methodologies to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Develop and coordinate targeted programs and activities catering to clients' social and emotional requirements.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health interventions, managing acute crises and facilitating referrals to community resources.

• Establish a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust to foster open communication.
\n
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment services, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with established protocols and keep your caseload current.
\n
• Provide individualized clinical counseling while managing administrative responsibilities commensurate to the role.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall objectives of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with a strong theoretical foundation in behavioral health.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in direct counseling within a behavioral mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, there is eligibility for a sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our dedicated team.
