BD/Sales Associate (Remote)

What You'll be Doing Lead generation - researching, sourcing and contacting Web3 projects across multiple blockchain ecosystems our platform supports to introduce them to our NEX platform. Pitching & closing deals - identifying new ULTRADE NEX partners - understanding their business, pain points, and opportunities with ULTRADE and then pitching them the core utilities that we can offer to their business and community Education & awareness - advocating and promoting the core benefits of NEXs vs DEXs vs CEXs Client Management - managing partner relationships from initial contact, onboarding, integration, to NEX launch and ongoing new product updates/account management System management - Building & managing a sales funnel via our CRM system What We Look For in You 3+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role at a SaaS/tech, finance, or crypto business Experience working at or actively using CEXs and DEXs for trading. Knowledge of the top crypto L1/L2 protocols, and the key ecosystem project verticals Experience in lead generation, cold/warm client messaging and pitching tech products Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision Candidate with a sales person’s active "hunter" mentality at all times Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter & self-motivated Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
