Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, individual, family, and group therapy to clients facing mental health challenges, ensuring services align with their specific needs and requests.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that integrate various support services, promoting a holistic approach to well-being.

• Conduct brief evidence-based screenings and collaborate with clients to determine necessary follow-up assessments when indicated.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention situations, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability while providing immediate support and interventions.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after business hours as needed to support client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing severe emotional disorders and symptoms of major mental illnesses. Many of these individuals come from underserved communities and may face additional social determinants of health challenges. Your role will be vital in providing immediate, culturally sensitive support and tailored interventions to promote recovery and empowerment in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in Texas is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with mental health populations.

• Demonstrated ability to establish therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and other relevant digital communication tools.

• Strong documentation and case management skills required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
