Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of customized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services via telehealth to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating expertise in empathetic communication and crisis management.

• Engage in community outreach efforts—conducting virtual workshops and webinars—to promote mental health awareness, encourage community involvement, and diminish stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a varied population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. Your engagement with clients will not only enhance your clinical experience but also enrich your cultural competence, equipping you to address an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Proven cultural competence, with the capacity to relate effectively to clients from various backgrounds and walks of life.

• Strong organizational skills to ensure precise documentation and effective time management within a telehealth framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment for at least two years is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
