Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools, providing a comfortable and supportive online environment for clients.

• Respond to crises with urgency, offering immediate interventions and support to clients experiencing distress or emergencies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and participation in industry conferences to remain current on best practices and new research in the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence and the provision of inclusive, client-centered care.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, utilizing technology platforms for remote therapy.

• Training in specialized therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on experience and licensure.
