Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are sensitive and responsive to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting various therapeutic models that best fit the diverse needs of clients experiencing mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals from different cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Completion of a master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills to establish rapport, trust, and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence to engage effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating sensitivity in a variety of socioeconomic contexts.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation and case notes, following guidelines and legal standards.
