Work Environment\n

This role is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in work location, while still maintaining an active connection with colleagues and clients. Work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate client scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions and regularly monitor client progress through therapeutic sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document all clinical findings and progress notes with precision while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to provide integrated and holistic mental health care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights to enhance the overall quality of client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and connect them with relevant community resources for holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients and caregivers.
