Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to couples and families while also engaging with individual family members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify behavioral health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions to address relationship dynamics and improve communication.

• Providing family therapy to navigate challenges such as conflicts among family members, blended family adjustments, and grief counseling.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to promote lasting change.

• Supporting patients through significant life transitions, including separation and divorce.

• Documenting clinical progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients as well as children and adolescents, where you will utilize your expertise to address a range of issues including:

• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
\n
• Communication barriers within families, including mother-daughter conflicts.

• Understanding and alleviating job stress and medical issues impacting mental health.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
