Positions will be filled as needed for each academic semester. Responsibilities Duties of part-time faculty lecturers include instruction, class preparation, grading, office hours. Other duties may be assigned based on departmental needs. Course assignments, including dates, times, modalities, are made by the Department Chair. Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree in a Business-related field. Evidence of professional expertise. Ability to relate well to others within the academic environment and demonstrate ability/interest in working in a multiethnic, multicultural environment. Demonstrated experience and commitment to student-centered learning and teaching. Proficiency in written and oral use of English. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive, inclusive environment. Relevant teaching experience, work experience, and training. Salary Initial Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary ranges: Lecturer A/2 Full-time equivalent: $5,507 - $6,677 Lecturer B/3 Full-time equivalent: $6,221 - $13,224 Lecturer C/4 Full-time equivalent: $6,825 - $14,523 Lecturer D/5 Full-time equivalent: $8,593 - $15,211 Required Documentation Cover letter addressing minimum and preferred qualifications.
