Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Structuring Review Analysts to evaluate, validate, and optimize investment deal structures before they are introduced to capital partners. Analysts focus on structure integrity, risk/reward alignment, and readiness for execution .

This is a certified contractor role , not employment. Analysts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Structuring Review Analysts will:

• Review and assess proposed deal structures for feasibility, risk, and alignment with investor criteria

• Ensure deal terms, cash flows, and economics are clearly presented and credible

• Collaborate with Deal Scouts, Investment Analysts, and capital partners to flag risks or structural gaps

• Support efficient deal execution while maintaining platform quality standards

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close

• Build a verified track record in deal structuring review within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in private equity, real estate, or structured transactions , who understand how deal economics and structures impact investor outcomes .

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Structuring Review Analysts may:

• Evaluate proprietary or semi-proprietary deals for structural integrity and investor alignment

• Provide detailed feedback on deal terms, capitalization, and risk/reward balance

• Support Deal Scouts in refining presentations for capital partners

• Highlight potential structural or execution risks before deals move forward

• Facilitate handoff to analysts or capital partners for final diligence and execution

Note: Analysts are not responsible for sourcing deals or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Analysts may review deals across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on deal structuring experience and credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal structuring review
