Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. However, it is essential to have availability for some in-person meetings, especially those held in school settings. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will:

• Utilize your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulating diagnoses and identifying treatment needs for your patients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family, focusing on evidence-based practices.

• Employ a variety of behavioral therapies, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment to drive positive outcomes.

• Monitor patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment strategies as needed and conducting follow-up sessions remotely or in person.

• Collaborate extensively with diverse healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers within our network, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.

• Support patients with the administration of psychotropic medications when prescribed, emphasizing adherence to treatment plans and monitoring for side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students and their families within school settings. As an LCSW, you will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by an annual incentive bonus. In addition, benefits include:
