Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients entering the detox program, considering their personal histories, presenting issues, and co-occurring disorders.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring that treatment goals align with their recovery objectives.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, tailored to address substance use and accompanying mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe environment for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and connecting clients with emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Colorado.
