Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based strategies, adjusting them as necessary to align with patient progress and feedback.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and palliative care teams, ensuring cohesive care delivery that addresses the holistic needs of patients.

• Provide psychoeducation and skill-building resources to patients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
