Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Our clients come from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, which requires bringing cultural competence and sensitivity into every aspect of therapy to foster trust and understanding. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in New Jersey as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, including evidence-based practices.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing for effective rapport building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, maintaining professional boundaries, and protecting client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
