Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Manage crisis situations by offering immediate support and intervention to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records documenting client progress, treatment plans, and assessments, in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and facilitate comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and resources available within the community to support ongoing treatment.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development to remain current with the latest trends and techniques in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals from varied backgrounds, facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
