RN SUPERVISOR – NIGHT SHIFT

ROCHESTER, NY

$92,000–$97,000 PER YEAR

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a long-term care facility in Rochester, NY.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or unit management experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee clinical operations during the night shift
• Supervise and support nursing staff
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition
• Conduct nursing and quality rounds
• Monitor resident care and clinical documentation
• Communicate significant developments to the DON and ADON
• Provide staff training, mentoring, and clinical guidance
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Address resident and family questions and concerns

SALARY: $92,000–$97,000 PER YEAR
