Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using established assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with their specific goals and preferences, utilizing an integrative approach that may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
