Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, crafting tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one teletherapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for individuals who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients, especially those who may face barriers to traditional in-person visits.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Signify Health, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
