Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations through detailed interviews and assessments to identify unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as engage in family and couples therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused approaches.

• Set clear and achievable therapy goals in collaboration with clients, regularly assessing progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Uphold strict client confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of session notes and treatment progress using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
